Our complex is situated in the resort area of Dassia, Corfu. It is surrounded by large, green gardens covering a total area of 2,000 m2 and consists of 2 main buildings with apartments and studios. Ideally located, it provides all necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay in the island of Corfu.
Our studios and apartments are available for rent during your holiday or all year long. Our complex is only 50m. from the sea and the main beach of Dassia.
Efi & Sofia Apartments
Our complex has a fully equipped apartment of 110 m2 , decorated with classic style furnishing, maintaining its authentic features and pastel coloured walls. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment and electrical appliances.
Along with the big verandas and the private outdoor area which offers a beautiful green garden, the apartment ensures all the necessary facilities for your stay. It is available for rent during the period of your holiday in Corfu while there is also an option for rent all year long.
It is ideal for a large family since it can accommodate all your wishes and needs.
Efi & Sofia Studios
Our complex offers 7 studios, 4 of which are in one of the two main buildings and 3 in the other. All 7 of them can cater for all your needs during your stay. Sofia Apartments studios, tastefully furnished and with a modern touch, consist of a master bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom , all fully equipped.
All studios offer a sofa bed to accommodate a third guest and amenities include air-condition , T.V., free internet access and are suitable for families and people of all ages. Every studio has a private balcony and garden.
Efi Apartments consist of 4 spacious studios, bright and elegantly decorated. They include a master bedroom with a double or 2 single beds as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom, all fully equipped.
All studios offer a sofa bed to accommodate a third guest and amenities include air condition, T.V., free internet access and are suitable for families and people of all ages. Every studio has a private balcony and garden.

Our complex and its owners offer you every possible comfort and can cater for all your needs. A large blooming garden and a big dining table are perfect for moments of rest and relaxation while the inbuilt playground facilities are ideal for children’s play. During your stay here, you are welcome to organize parties or any kind of event at our private premises, exclusively used by our customers.
Moreover, our indoor and outdoor areas are specifically designed to accommodate your pets. During your stay here, we can assist you with car or bike rental. Laundry and dry-cleaning facilities are also available.
Just a few meters off our apartment and studios you can find restaurants, super markets, pharmacies and stores to meet all of your needs while staying in Corfu.

Dassia is a famous coastal resort, north of Corfu town and only 10 km. from its centre. It can be your central base to explore the rest of the island because of its frequent bus services running every 30 minutes from Corfu town and regularly to and from other parts of the island.
